Bearing Point recently established in Luxembourg saw their effective increase quickly. To facilitate the staff growth, they wanted to relocate to larger premises. Bearing Point chose JLL to assist them.
This project had several constraints:
- works had to be done within a very short period of time (2 months) and at a challenging time of the year, the summer holidays;
- a precise “Corporate Design guidelines” regarding use of colours and materials;
- a tight budget that could not be exceeded
Thanks to an experienced and dedicated team, JLL P&DS was able to deliver the project on time and within budget, relying on its network of long known proactive partners.
In order to put employees at the heart of the project, JLL Design team draw its inspiration from Bearing Point DNA, creating a warm friendly environment prone to innovation and professional commitment.
These new contemporary spaces reflect in bright colours, wallpapers with various patterns and furniture combining tradition and modernity for an “at home” atmosphere.
