JLL P&DS team was choosen to deliver an innovative, attractive and well equiped space for the House Of Startups
JLL had to ensure the availability of spaces where ideas could flow freely. The project in collaboration with the Israeli Studio Samuelov, author of the design concept, was completed within 5 months.

The Lhoft, and LCI, future incubator of Luxembourg City would share 4.200 sqm in the building Le Dôme, located in the dynamic downtown districts of the Station and the Bonnevoie.
La HOST SA (House of Startups) , was issued from the partnership between Luxembourg City and the Chamber of Commerce. It is an innovative vibrate shared workspace where ideas could flow freely as Lydie Polfer, Mayor of Luxembourg City said:
« Give a chance to all creative minds to fulfill their project. »
The Chamber of Commerce hired JLL as Project Manager.
The Project Management team successfully lead the entire project in close collaboration with the Studio Samuelov. Making sure that a constant communication was kept between all stakeholders.
JLL was able to complete the expected project and delivered within the allocated time an innovative, attractive and well equipped space for the House Of Startups
