JLL contributes to the urban development of Limpertsberg, one of the most prestigious districts of Luxembourg city

JLL was exclusively mandated for the sale of a great urban redevelopment opportunity: an existing building located in the center of Limpertsberg, a very prestigious district of Luxembourg city.

As part of this mission, the JLL team made the analyze of town planning prescriptions and of the building potential of the project, identifying the best suited usages, in order to highlight the redevelopment potential of the project and optimize the land value.

The project was bought by the real estate developer CREAHAUS. Due to the favorable urban situation, the developer was able to proceed in the best timing to its redevelopment into a mixed usage building of 1.065 sq.m.

The new project, named “ Residence LUCA ”, includes 13 residential units and a commercial area, and will be delivered at the end of 2020.

JLL also assisted CREAHAUS for the new built sale of the “Residence LUCA” to an investor.
