The JLL Luxembourg Project and Development Team at work in Steinfort

The PallCenter Group requested JLL’s P & DS team support to accompany them on the project to develop their new sales area in Steinfort. The new grocery store concept developed by the PallCenter was to be «set to music» by a conductor.

Pall Center wanted to open a new commercial space in Steinfort. A new concept of «Grande Epicerie» was developed by their departments, they lacked only a Project Manager able to surround themselves with a project team to coordinate the studies (duration 3 months) and the works (duration 5 months).

Thanks to efficient management, the project was able to be completed to the satisfaction of our customers, achieving more than 10% savings on the budget.  All of this was achieved despite the health constraints associated with the onset of Covid-19 and a 4-week lockdown.
