Developedby Codic, the Royal-Hamilius project will contribute to the vitality of the city centre. It is a 36,000 m² complexthat will shine from 2019 between Aldringen Street and Boulevard Royal.
A new living and working environment where modern and functional offices and shops located on all the ground floors of the project will be located alongside new generation housing in a lively and green setting.
Three residences on a place steeped in history: Royal-Monterey, Royal-Hamilius and Royal-Aldringen Conviviality, is the key word of the Royal-Hamilius project. The central areawill host concerts and events that will spice up urban life. The hanging garden and its sky restaurant on the roof of the Department Store will become an emblematic place in Luxembourg.
