JLL  P&DS team was appointed as Project Manager for the refurbishment works off  the EFG building

EFG Bank SA wanted to relocate its headquarters into a single building in Luxembourg City Centre.

JLL was appointed as Project Manager upon the Landlord’s recommendation further to a successful refurbishment of the entire building in 2015.

The Project & Development Services team coordinated the whole services and kept a constant communication with the Landlord and the Property Manager of the Co-ownership in order to minimize impacts on the other occupiers.

Thanks to the team’s coordination, the works were successful executed within the allotted time and budget, and at a quality that exceeded EFG’s expectations.
